not unbroken/unbreakable or unbeaten/unbeatable. Not resilient, determined, brave, good or any of the more negative descriptors we all commonly hear, speak, or simply associate with the word "heart".
I've always found that beautiful. In more cynical moments, or pure despair that I never seem able to be quite strong enough to be strong, period, with no downtime (I know. I'm dealing with this as lovingly as I can as we take this journey ...) - I have also found it purely aspirational.
I was thinking about four or five particular people I know who've lived life, as long as I've known them for a minimum of 30 years, through and from the heart center. It's nothing special they do or how they do special things. It's how they do every-thing. And see every-thing and every-One. I feel lucky indeed. We can be inspired, motivated, and dare I say herded, through a great deal of what we as individuals and as a collective 'need to learn' and then move on to actually achieve. But any time someone's leading from the the heart - and we're sharp enough to realize how much we can learn from noticing even just that little bit of heart-based reality shapeshift - then we're elevated at a cellular and experiential level.
All the people I know who are heart-leaders have had their actual, metaphorical, and energetic heart struck quite tangibly, any number of times.
it's their energy that's refined and maintained and just naturally percolating in an Unstruck state.
that's how everyone's Heart wants to filter and radiate. On an Unstruck frequency.
